What we collect
When you use the order form: your name, email address, store website, country, the product links or files you send, and your instructions. The form saves your answers as you type so you do not lose them; they are stored on our web server. We also keep standard server logs.
When we contact a business about our service, we use the business contact details published on its website.
Why we use it
To quote for, produce and deliver your images (performance of a contract), to answer your questions, and to contact businesses about a service relevant to them (legitimate interests). Payments are handled by Stripe; we never see your card details.
How long we keep it
Unsubmitted form drafts: up to 90 days. Orders and delivered files: up to 6 years for accounting. Private demo pages are removed when you ask, or after 90 days.
Who we share it with
Our hosting provider (Hostinger), Stripe for payments, and the AI image service we use to produce your images (your product photos are uploaded to it). We do not sell personal data.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to being contacted. Email hello@shotonmodel.com and we will act within one month. You can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
