Terms of service
These terms apply to orders placed with Shot On Model, Office 3, Winsor Newton Building, Whitefriars Road, Harrow HA3 5RN, United Kingdom. Last updated October 2026.
The service
We create AI-generated images and short videos showing your products worn by AI-generated models, based on the product photos you supply. Models are not real people.
Your photos
You confirm you own, or have permission to use, every photo you send us, and that using them as source material does not infringe anyone's rights. We use your photos only to produce your order.
Accuracy and redo
We check every image against your original photo before delivery. If a delivered image changes your garment (for example its panels, seams, pockets, fastenings, trims or colour), tell us within 14 days and we will redo it free. Each order includes one free redo round for style changes. We only render angles your photos show.
Delivery and payment
Orders are paid in advance by card through Stripe. We aim to deliver within 48 hours of payment (longer for large orders; we will tell you). Packs must be used within 90 days.
Refunds
If we cannot produce an accurate image of a product, we refund that image. Once images are delivered and accepted, payments are not refundable.
Rights in the images
On payment, you may use the delivered images and videos for any lawful commercial purpose, including your store, ads, social media and marketplaces. Some marketplaces require AI-generated imagery to be disclosed; following their rules is your responsibility.
Liability
Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
